It's Monday! What Are You Reading? 5/1/17

I finally finished The Unexpected Life of Oliver Cromwell Pitts by Avi, you can read my review about this historical, adventure story and the first in the series. I also finished the book, Strengths-Based Leadership: Great Leaders, Teams, and Why People Follow by Barry Conchie and Tom Rath for a leadership institute that I’m participating in next month. At the end of the book, you are asked to take a test to discover your strengths and learn how to use them to your advantage while also learning your colleagues strengths and how to give them tasks that make them happy and effective employees. I also cracked open Be True to Me by Adele Griffin, an ARC that I received, and am hoping to finish this week.
