Storytime Theme: Sports
With the popularity of little kids’ sports classes like soccer, gymnastics, and more I thought it would be fun to create a sport-themed storytime! I played a lot of different sports growing up and wasn’t particularly great at any of them. I probably played tennis the longest through high school. Through college and graduate school, I ended up at the gym on and off. I’ve done a sprint triathlon as an adult and finally found rock climbing late last year. It’s probably one of my favorite sports I’ve ever tried – I love the physicality of climbing, but also that it’s just as much a mental game too!
