Top Ten Tuesday: Books I’d Want With Me While Stranded On a Deserted Island
Asking a book lover to choose what books you want with you on a deserted island is not an easy question! I pulled some of my favorites that I wouldn’t mind rereading again and again. If I was smart, I’d probably try to find some really long books that might take me a long time to get through. Or maybe cheat a bit and find books that had multiple titles under one cover.
Books I’d Want With Me While Stranded On a Deserted Island
- Anne of Green Gables by L. M. Montgomery
- The Benefits of Being an Octopus by Ann Braden
- The Best Christmas Pageant Ever by Barbara Robinson
- Escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library by Chris Grabenstein
- The Girl from Everywhere by Heidi Heilig
- The Girl Who Drank the Moon by Kelly Barnhill
- The Mighty Heart of Sunny St. James by Ashley Herring Blake
- The Remarkable Journey of Coyote Sunrise by Dan Gemeinhart
- A Snicker of Magic by Natalie Lloyd
- A Wish in the Dark by Christina Soontornvat
What would you want with you on a deserted island? Your old favorites? Or some new titles to explore?

ANNE OF GREEN GABLES is on my list today, too, although I twisted the topic a little bit. Such a great book!
Happy TTT!

I loved Anne of Green Gables. Escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library was an interesting audio book. I did mostly books I have not read. My link is here: https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2021/07/ttt-stranded-on-desert-island.html
