Storytime Theme: Pumpkins
I’ve done “fall-themed” storytimes in the past, but none that are specifically pumpkin focused! Today I’m sharing a wide range of pumpkin books for kids. You can easily pick and choose from this list and add your own favorites for storytimes for toddlers through early elementary school. You can also use pumpkins to influence your arts and crafts projects or deep dive into science and learn more about how pumpkins grow. That’s what I love so much about storytime, you can explore in so many different directions! Make sure to include nonfiction titles among your stories – it not only provides kids with background knowledge, it’s also fun to learn more as an adult too!
