9 Picture Books About Ghosts

Just in time for Halloween, I’m sharing 9 Picture Books About Ghosts today on the blog! These stories range from sweet and giggly to spooky and scary and everything in between! If you’re not sure if your little ones can take the creepiness, do a quick read through first, before reading with your child. These might be the perfect stories to read to your little one after trick or treating is over and you’re trying to get ready for bed even with the kids on a sugar high!

We don’t get many kids for trick or treating as we live on a really busy street. There are sidewalks, but I think parents tend to focus on the neighborhoods where there is less traffic and more houses to visit. I did get to see a bunch of sweet little munchkins all dressed up for storytime this week though! Minnie Mouse has really made a comeback as far as costumes go. We do a small little parade through the library so the kids can show off their costumes – it’s pretty darn cute!
