Storytime Theme: Letter K
It’s Letter K’s day to shine! And this one was a lot of fun with knights and knees that make the letter k a little trickier and a whole lot of time spent down under with koalas, kangaroos, and kiwis. In fact, if you want to do a whole storytime theme on animals down under, check out my lesson plan. But, we’ve also included things like kites and kings as well.
Have fun exploring the letter K (even when it’s silent sometimes!) and share these great books, songs, rhymes, and crafts with toddlers and preschoolers. You can even expand this into a Kindergarten classroom with longer books and more difficult crafts if you wanted to!
