Storytime Theme: Bears & Berries
Today’s storytime theme combined two things that go together, but I never thought about finding books about them – bears and berries! The first book my mind automatically went to was Blueberries for Sal, but there are a surprising number of books about bears eating fruit, especially berries. This perfect storytime lesson for summertime combines both of these things with great picture book read alouds, songs, rhymes, flannelboards, and crafts, and a snack today!
