Welcoming a new baby into the family can be exciting and scary for siblings! Celebrate the new addition with these great read aloud picture books, songs, rhymes, crafts, and activities for toddlers and preschoolers to help make the family transition a little more smooth. There are dozens of new siblings picture books out there, so use this lesson plan as a guide to find the right books that fit your program or family. Remember, this “lesson plan” can be used for an at home activity or can be used in a preschool or library setting!
