Storytime Theme: Camping
I loved camping when I was little. We had a cute little pop-up camper and we’d all squish inside. My parents would take us to Allegheny National Forest and we’d hike, explore, swim, float, and camp all over the area. We even took the camper all the way out to Colorado one year to spend time with family! And when we were traveling around, we’d always spend at least one night camping in the backyard too.
There are some great picture books about being outdoors, but today’s storytime theme: camping, focuses on specifically the camping part of being outside during the summer. And if you’re looking for even more great books, check out my Go Camping with Picture Books book list and my Campfire & Flashlight Titles for more fun read alouds!
