Storytime Theme: Community Helpers
Community Helpers is a popular theme for preschool and there are dozens of books that would work! You can actually make this one storytime into an entire series – choosing just one type of community helper for each week. For today, I chose to provide books about nine different types of community helpers, but you don’t have to stop at just these – what about barbers and hairdressers, chefs, and veterinarians?
As always, take the pieces that work for you and leave the rest! My hope is that you find a little something that will make your planning process easier. Enjoy!
