Top Ten Tuesday: One Word Book Reviews
Today was a really fun theme and one I haven’t tried before! In some of my book review posts, I’ve done Twitter-length reviews, but choosing only one word wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be! I focused on the most recent middle grade books I enjoyed and for so many of these titles, I could easily think of a quick phrase that really summed up my thoughts, but choosing just one word was so hard!
So many middle grade titles are about discovering who you are as an individual, but they also have so much more to them than that! They are full of adventure, heart, humor, and love. They help readers grow in who they are, in their empathy for others, and in how they see the world. Take a look at these ten titles and my one word book reviews!
