9 More Picture Book Titles About Boats
From kayaks to canoes, paddleboats to pontoons, water travel is by no means a new mode of transportation or recreational activity! This summer, if you get a chance, explore a local waterway! Whether you sightsee in your own city and take a water tour or rent a boat on a river or lake in a park, boats are a really fun experience!
Each summer growing up, my parents would rent a pontoon boat at a local lake and we’d take a picnic lunch for the afternoon. We all got the chance to drive and explore the lake, looking for wildlife and always taking lots of photos. I created a book list two years ago featuring boats, but I wanted to add a few more titles to the list!
