My sister’s wedding day was on Saturday! She and her fiancée got married on my parents’ property overlooking a beautiful lake! My niece, who’s 3.5 years old was absolutely beside herself waiting for this wedding. She couldn’t wait to wear her pretty dress, she couldn’t wait to see my sister’s wedding dress, and she was so excited to dance too! We started dancing during cocktail hour because she just couldn’t wait until after dinner.

I got through my Maid of Honor speech – only getting slightly teary eyed! We’ve spent so many months planning, organizing, and getting ready, I really hope the day was everything my sister imagined. I couldn’t think of a better post, than to share some fun stories that take place at a wedding. With picture books to young adult titles, I loved putting together this list.
