Top Ten Tuesday: Most Recent Reads
I’ve got a little bit of everything on this list! Young adult, middle grade, chapter books, and all sorts of formats and genres too! I definitely haven’t been reading the volume of books that I typically would, but rather than beat myself up over it, I’m trying to just accept where I am and keep looking toward enjoying the books I do read.
I’ve mentioned before, that we’re short-staffed at work and even though we don’t necessarily see the volume of people we typically would, it’s still busy trying to get ready for Summer Reading and just keeping the library running. I’m spending a lot more of my time on the floor working at a desk or checking temperatures at the door and I’m exhausted when I get home at night. So rather than pick up a book, I tend to finish up my blogging and then sit down and watch TV.
This month should see some additional time for reading as I’m done with my back-to-back blogging challenges and will definitely have some free time! I can’t wait to take a look at Goodreads and on Twitter to see what everyone’s reading!
