It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 12/14/2020
What I Read
Alright, I’m kicking butt right now getting my reading done! This week, in the midst of getting some holiday cheer by watching While You Were Sleeping with my mom and sister over the phone and baking with family friends over Zoom I actually read too! I finished up Loretta Little Looks Back: Three Voices Go Tell It by Andrea Davis Pinkney which was amazing! and I also read Middle School Bites by Steven Banks and Dragon Mountain by Katie & Kevin Tseng. Look for reviews on all three of these books coming soon!
What I’m Planning to Read
This week I have a few titles from NetGalley that I want to tackle – Amari and the Night Brothers by B. B. Alston, Clues to the Universe by Christina Li, and Alone by Megan E. Freeman. None of these books are going to be published until 2021, so I think I’m actually done reading all the 2020 books on my TBR.
I’m also going to go through some of the “Best of” and “Favorites” lists that are currently being published because I know I missed a couple of titles that I had really wanted to read this year. I’ll probably request those titles from the library and read them over the holiday weekend
