It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 7/20/2020
Last Week
This week I read Dear Haiti, Love Alaine by Maika Moulite and Maritza Moulite. I was so looking forward to this book and really enjoyed it! It’s the story of a graduating senior who makes a mistake at school and spends a few months in Haiti with her aunt and mom. Wanting to become a journalist, Alaine asks the difficult questions and must learn about her past to come to terms with her future.
Reading List for Week of 7/20/2020
This week, I’d like to read The Downstairs Girl by Stacey Lee, and Premeditated Myrtle by Elizabeth C. Bunce. Last week, I read a little bit every day, but I am so tired, I only read a few pages a night. Here’s hoping for a little more this week.
