9 Picture Books About Black & White Animals
This is a somewhat random list, but a really fun one too! I saw a picture of a zebra and thought, “Wouldn’t it be fun to highlight black and white animals?” My mind went directly to penguins and pandas both of which are absolutely adorable! Then I started thinking about other black and white animals – badgers, woodpeckers, orca whales, etc.
In a world that is based much more in brown and green tones, there are a lot more black and white animals than one might expect – osprey, Elder ducks, Malayan Tapir, California King Snake, and many others! Of course, not all of these magnificent creatures have children’s books, but I did find 9 picture books about black & white animals to get you started!
