It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 6/8/2020
Last Week
What’s the best way to jump start your reading? Losing power for four days! We lost power in a massive storm that blew through the area on Wednesday at lunchtime and we finally got our power back on Sunday around 5pm. Even though we lost everything in our refrigerator and freezer, being without power wasn’t horrible. My phone was on battery saver mode which meant very few interruptions from social media and email. And I spent a good amount of time reading!
- Any Day With You by Mae Respicio
- Keep It Together, Keiko Carter by Debbi Michiko Florence
- After the Worst Thing Happens by Audrey Vernick
- The Colossus of Roads by Christina Uss
- Tristan Strong Punches a Hole in the Sky by Kwame Mbalia
- The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams
Reading List for Week of 6/8/2020
I’m in the middle of Of Curses and Kisses by Sandhya Menon – I love her other books, so I grabbed this when I saw it at the library last week. Plus, I’m continuing to pick away at the piles of TBR books in my home office.
Here’s what’s up next:
- One Last Shot by John Davd Anderson
- Maya and the Rising Dark by Rena Barron
- Premeditated Myrtle by Elizabeth C. Bunce
- Sara and the Search for Normal by Wesley King
- What We Found in the Corn Maze and How It Saved a Dragon by Henry Clark
