Top Ten Tuesday: Authors with a Fun Social Media Presence
I had such great hopes for sitting down and really diving into this theme this week! But, then coronavirus hit and I had back-to-back meetings at work for a 12-hour day and here I am. I’m happy with the list of authors and illustrators I came up with even with only a bit of time!
The children’s book world has literally some of the nicest people I’ve ever met on social media. So many authors will retweet blog posts, post a quick thank you message and/or follow me back. I love being able to support quality children’s literature, but also to be virtual friends with some awesome people! Also, if you don’t follow illustrators on Instagram especially, you’re really missing out! It’s really fun to see their process, workspace, new work and things they’re just playing with!
