Top Ten Tuesday: Books That Gave Me a Book Hangover
A book hangover, for those who aren’t familiar, is when you finish reading a title and you just can’t bring yourself to pick up another book. The book you just finished sticks with you as you mull over characters, plot, setting, etc. I’m a pretty fast reader, so when a book makes me pause whether it’s character development, the writing style, a plot that’s very different from the norm – I both love it and hate it. I usually will keep thinking of that last book as I aimlessly search for a title that will give me the same feeling or at least refresh my thoughts with something just as engaging. Here is my Top Ten Tuesday list of books that gave me a book hangover!

I don’t usually have a problem moving right on to another book, even after reading a hangover read. Maybe that’s why I couldn’t think of anything for this week’s prompt and had to use a different one!
Happy TTT!

Maybe He Just Likes You was on someone else’s list this week, too. I’m getting curious about it.
