12 Days of Christmas Giveaway – Day 8

Today’s plans include Christmas cooking baking with some of my girl friends. This is our second year doing something like this and it’s just a lot of fun getting together and spending time together. We’ll most likely be decorating sugar cookies and then we each bring a recipe to bake and share with each other.

Speaking of sharing, here are today’s giveaway books! First up, Anya and the Dragon a fascinating story of an adventurous and headstrong young girl living as part of the only Jewish family in a small Russian town in the tenth century. There she must help save the last remaining dragon as Russian folklore is woven into the story. Up next, Pavi Sharma’s Guide to Going Home is the story of a young girl in foster care sharing her advice with other kids in foster care. And finally, The Space We’re In is the story of big brother, Frank who is learning to navigate a new normal with his brother Max who is on the autism spectrum when tragedy rocks their world.
