6 Picture Books About Getting a Haircut
I finally made an appointment and got my haircut yesterday! It’s been a hot minute since I got it cut this summer! I’m so bad about going on a regular basis. But, with a fresh cut, I was inspired to share 6 picture books about getting a haircut with my readers today.
With curly hair, it’s wild no matter how often I cut it, so I usually will wait longer than I should to get it done. It’s also been a difficult struggle to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair really well. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult, but curly hair is not easy to cut and style unless you know what you’re doing.
I’m also really, really lazy about styling my hair. I get out the shower, run through it with a wide-tooth comb, add a leave-in conditioner (curly hair gets really dry very easily), and a spray curling gell and literally walk out the door. I only dry it when it gets bitter cold outside, rarely ever straighten it, instead, I embrace the curls and craziness on a regular basis.
Below are just a few books about getting your haircut from a professional or maybe a well-meaning sibling! Here are 6 picture books about getting a haircut.
