Top Ten Tuesday: Thankful-For Stories
I’m totally exhausted, both mentally and emotionally, after a long workday. So I’m absolutely stealing my Top Ten Tuesday: Thankful-For Stories from my monthly newsletter. Besides, I really love this list of titles, too!
And why not shamelessly plug my monthly newsletter to readers who might not yet have signed up for even more reading suggestions and awesomeness? Each month you’ll get a recap of some familiar content, but you’ll also get exclusive content only found in the newsletter! What’s unbelievable is that I’ve been offering monthly newsletters for a whole year already! I love creating even more great content for my readers from picture books paired with extension activities to sharing resources and always more booklists.
And without further ado, here are my Top Ten Tuesday: Thankful-For Stories for this Thanksgiving season!
- Fry Bread: A Native American Family Story by Kevin Noble Maillard
- Poetree by Shauna LaVoy Reynolds
- Pig and Pug by Laura Marchesani and Zenaides A. Medina

Great choices this week!

I love Indian fry bread covered in honey. Many of the restaurants here serve Indian tacos, which is fry bread covered in meat, red or green chile with lettuce and tomato. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2019/11/ttt.html
