Summer is here, and your kids will love building new reading skills with this summer-themed word-to-picture matching activity! You can find more reading resources by visiting Education.com.
I’m excited because today, not only are you getting some great picture book titles about fun summer activities, but I’m also partnering with Education.com to provide a fun, summer matching worksheet for your little one.
I’ve included both the worksheet and answer key and what’s great is that if you have an emerging reader – this worksheet is perfect practice for pairing words with pictures. But, if your little one isn’t quite reading yet, you can work on it together. You can say the word and your child can find the corresponding picture!
