Blogging From A to Z Challenge – Homelessness
Homelessness doesn’t only affect adults. In fact, some estimates as recent as five years ago suggested 1 in 30 kids experience homelessness. This number, to me, is staggeringly high. I can’t imagine a child trying to attend school while worrying about being hungry or where they’re sleeping that night. These are just a few of the titles out there that address characters affected by homelessness.
