Review: A sweet book about a badger and rabbit friend who wait all day for something special. As they wait, Badger asks Rabbit question after question, trying to figure out what they’re waiting for, but Rabbit doesn’t wasn’t to ruin the surprise and answers the questions, but keeps Badger guessing all day long. And the surprise is definitely worth the wait and one I didn’t see coming!

Personal Reaction: This is an adorable, quiet story about patience, friendship and surprises. I loved the back and forth text which would be fun to read with a partner and the sweet, pencil and pastel sketches are the perfect compliment to the text.
