It's Monday! What Are You Reading? 5/7/18
Finally! I had a great reading week – I finished The Art of the Swap by Kristine Asselin and Jen Malon, read The Mad Wolf’s Daughter by Diane Magras and The Night Diary by Veera Hiranandani and also started The Journey of Little Charlie by Christopher Paul Curtis. I felt like I’ve finally hit my reading stride again and it feels really good. I’m hoping to get a lot of fun reading done this week – The Creature of the Pines by Adam Gidwitz, the first in The Unicorn Rescue Society series, Camp Rolling Hills – Freefall by Stacy Davidowitz, plus I’ve barely touched my ARCs from PLA, so I’ve got The Disappearing Spoon by Sam Kean and You Go First by Erin Entrada Kelly that I’d love to read as well!
Join Jen from Teach Mentor Texts and Kellee and Ricki from Unleashing Readers and share all of the reading you have done over the week from picture books to young adult novels. Follow the links to read about all of the amazing books the #IMWAYR

Congrats on being back in your reading stride 😊 I am looking forward to reading THE MAD WOLF’S DAUGHTER and THE NIGHT DIARY. I just finished THE HATE U GIVE, by.Angie Thomas and I can’t think of a comment that I could write that hasn’t already been said about her eloquent prose. All I can say is, Every person has a voice, they matter, have the right to be heard and deserve true justice.

That book was so powerful and I really think you’ll love both THE MAD WOLF’S DAUGHTER and THE NIGHT DIARY!
