Do You Want To Build a Snowman? 16 Picture Books All About Snowmen

It’s that time of year when the snow starts falling (at least in the northern part of the United States) and you get all bundled up to head outside and roll a snowman (or snowwoman).

Being an adult means the snow is more of a nuisance than anything, but if I know I don’t have to go anywhere, then I love curling up in my big reading chair with a cup of tea, a great book and snuggle with the puppy while watching the quiet snowflakes float to the ground. Then, it’s back to reality when it’s time to shovel, clean off the car and bundle up to take the dog for a walk. But, for a few brief moments, I get to enjoy the quiet of the snowfall.

If you’ve got kids, snow falling means spending a lot of time bundling everyone up and getting out into the backyard to build a snowman and release some pent up energy. Then, when it’s time to come back in and warm up – grab one of these titles to share as a family!
