It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 9/5/16

I’ve had As Brave As You by Jason Reynolds on my TBR list for most of the summer, but I’m finally reading it.

I’ve also been working my way through Start With Why which has some really great tips and tricks as to how to motivate staff and create a positive work environment and ways to explain the reason why something is done rather than what a company/organization does.

Now that my brother’s wedding is over and I’m getting back into my schedule at work as a director (and a children’s librarian for a little longer), I’m hoping to read a few more leadership books with middle grade and YA books thrown into the mix for fun.

On the lineup, I’ve got Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges by Amy Cuddy and I’m excited to start a few last-minute summer books – Summer of Sloane by Erin L. Schneider and Just Like Me by Nancy J. Cavanaugh.
