Book 1: Stars by, Mary Lyn Ray
*** I loved this story! It was about remembering that you are as special as a star! In the story, the children are reminded to carry a star in their pocket to always remember how special they are, after we read this story I gave each child a small yellow star that I cut out of cardstock to keep in their own pockets! They loved getting something special at story time!
Transition
- Traditional: 5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed
- Parachute: Popcorn (Battu ~ Putumayo Kids Presents: African Playground)

*** This is such a quick little story about PiggyWiggy’s imagination! It’s a quick read which makes it perfect for story time for the little ones!

- Parachute: Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star

*** This story is actually about shapes and counting, but it’s perfect because the last shape to count are 10 stars. The kids enjoyed finding the shapes and counting together.
