New Year’s Resolutions

Every year, I, like so many others, jump on the resolutions bandwagon only to fore go my resoultions a few weeks into the new year.  This year after some serious consideration, I’ve decided that I’m going to take a break from resolutions and continue to do the things that I enjoy and are good for me – I’m going to keep reading voraciously, workout regularly, and hang out with friends.  Since I’ve recently graduated (in December) after spending 2 years working full-time and taking graduate classes, I think this winter/spring will be focusing on doing things that I want to do and have time to do – learning to knit mittens, finishing a puzzle, and trying some new recipes.

I’m excited to see what this year brings and I’ve got some great books on my “to-read” list that I’m excited to start!  Tomorrow, I’ll be back with book reviews, program ideas, and my musings of being a librarian and bibliophile in today’s technology driven world!
